In a constantly changing world, maintaining a positive state of being is paramount to our well-being. For some, art can be a therapeutic outlet for expression. For others, listening to and creating music soothes the soul. For Cory Bennett, art and music are intertwined, and hold the key to him maintaining his positive frequency. This exhibition will invite visitors into his process to explore what inspires it and be challenged to consider what allows them to maintain their positive frequency.
